Business tools

Mitra AI works only on these fixed business tasks — it is not a general chatbot.

Contractor

Labour attendance (hazri)

Record full day, half day or leave for each worker, and see weekly days and wages (days × daily rate).

Contractor

Site expenses

Note cement, steel, diesel, transport and other site costs, with totals by item and by month.

Any business

Lena-dena records

Keep separate records of money clients owe you and money you owe workers or suppliers.

Any business

Payment reminders

Get a polite reminder message ready, which you forward from your own WhatsApp.

Contractor / Engineer

Quotations & material lists

Draft quotations, material lists and site notes to copy and keep.

Any business

Voice notes

Speak instead of typing, in Gujarati, Hindi or a mix. Mitra AI shows what it heard so you can correct it.

Also available for shops, traders, factories and other small businesses: payment records, order and stock lists, and quotations.

  • Your business records are yours. We never sell them or share them with other users.
  • Mitra AI saves a record only when it says "Save ho gaya". It never makes up amounts or rates.
  • Voice notes are turned into text to save your record. The audio itself is not stored.
  • No medical, legal, tax or investment advice, and no promises of loans or earnings. For final accounts, check with your CA.
  • Type DELETE on WhatsApp to erase all your records.
